We exclusively use TimberTech AZEK and Dekorators for decking. Vinyl or aluminum for railing depending on clients preference. We discuss the pros and cons of each brand, materials and lumber grade based on desired aesthetics and budget. We believe the homeowner should know all the pros and cons and make the best-educated decision on material and what fits their needs, budget and space. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards at a 2.9% surcharge.
Do you offer free estimates?
Certainly! We offer a one time complimentary estimate.
What lumber will be used for Post and Beam construction?
We emphasize structural integrity in all our construction endeavors, utilizing 6×6 posts and 2×12 beams along with advanced framing techniques and secure fastener connections. Recognizing that an outdoor living space is a valuable investment for your family and home, we construct our decks to endure for decades. During the estimation process, we will offer comprehensive explanations to highlight the quality and excellence of our construction methods in comparison to others in the industry.
Do you offer any warranties?
We offer three warranty options on all our builds: a craftsmanship warranty, a limited warranty, and an extended warranty. If you are interested in learning more, we will discuss all the warranty details during our estimate.
